Shipping policy

Most orders are processed 5-7 business day from the order date. However, custom orders are processed 7-14 business days from the order date depending on current workload. Once an item has been accepted by UPS, Crystals Creationz, LLC is not responsible for any shipping time, loss of packages, or delay in shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) has shipped. Tracking info is sent to the email address you provided. Please ensure that you provide the correct address before Check Out to ensure prompt delivery of items.  Shipping is not done on the weekend or holidays. We ship with UPS. Normally takes Takes 1-3 business days. Due to Covid-19, please allow additional time for shipping.
